Description
A mix of vegetables and beans cooked in a tasty tomato sauce.
Perfect on its own but great to have with a piece of fish or chicken for the non-vegetarians.
Cooking instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, place in preheated oven on 180°C/350°F or gas mark 4 with lid on for 30 minutes.
To cook from frozen: Place in preheated oven on 170°C/340°F or gas mark 3 with lid on for 55 minutes.
Make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, kidney beans, swede, parsnips, carrots, leeks, red onions, cauliflower, celery, cannelloni beans, chickpeas, white wine, garlic, tomato puree, vegetable stock paste (contains celery) lemon juice, basil, rosemary, salt & pepper.
