Locally made pork sausages in mustard gravy with root vegetables topped with sliced potatoes.
Cooking instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, place in preheated oven on 180 centigrade for 15 minutes then remove lid and place back in oven for a further 15 minutes.
To cook from frozen: Place in preheated oven on 170°C/340°F or gas mark 3 with lid on for 40 minutes then remove lid and place back in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Always make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.
Ingredients: Pork sausage (contain wheat, sulphite) onion, carrots, swede, parsnip, celery, red wine, garlic, beef gravy, potato, mustard, sage, salt & pepper.
