A mix of Mediterranean vegetables with beans cooked in a tasty tomato sauce topped with sliced Halloumi.
Cooking instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, place in preheated oven on 180°C/350°F or gas mark 4 with lid on for 15 minutes then remove lid and bake for 10 minutes.
To cook from frozen: Place in preheated oven on 170°C/340°F or gas mark 3 with lid on for 40 minutes then remove lid and bake for 10 minutes.
Make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.
Ingredients: Onions, peppers, courgettes, aubergines, leeks, tomatoes, chickpeas, kidney beans, Halloumi cheese, white wine, garlic, sunflower oil, Oregano, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
