Chunks of fish cooked in a white wine sauce with leeks, broccoli, peas, sweetcorn with a hint of dill topped with buttery mashed potato.
Cooking instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, place in preheated oven on 180°C/350°F or gas mark 4 for 15 minutes then remove lid and place back in oven for a further 15 minutes.
To cook from frozen: Place in preheated oven on 170°C/340°F or gas mark 3 with lid on for 40 minutes then remove lid and place back in oven for a further 15 minutes.
Always make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.
