Succulent chunks of chicken breast cooked with mushrooms in a creamy white wine & tarragon sauce encased in a butter shortcrust pastry.

Cooking instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, remove from paper bag, place in preheated oven on 170°C/340°F or gas mark 3 for 20-25 minutes.

To cook from frozen: Place in preheated oven on 160°C/320°F or gas mark 3 for 40-45 minutes.

Always make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.

Ingredients: Chicken, onion, mushrooms, flour, butter, milk, white wine, cream, garlic, chicken gravy, sunflower oil, tarragon, salt & pepper.
