Slow roasted brisket of beef in a rich onion gravy encased in a butter shortcrust pastry.
Cooking instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, remove from bag, place in preheated oven on 160°C/340°F or gas mark 3 for 30 mins
To cook from frozen: Place in preheated oven on 160°C/320°F or gas mark 3 for 50 minutes. Always make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.
Ingredients: Beef, onion, flour, butter, red wine, garlic, beef gravy, salt & pepper.
