Smoked bacon, chives & farmhouse cheddar quiche made with free range eggs in a buttery shortcrust pastry.
18cm diameter dish would serve 3-4 people depending on appetite.
This can be eaten cold and is fully cooked.
Heating instructions: Defrost for 24 hours in fridge, remove from paper bag, place in preheated oven on 170°C/340°F or gas mark 3 for 20 minutes. Make sure the food is piping hot in the centre.
