Remember you are not limited to the choices we have listed. The menus provide a good selection and often a starting point but can easily be tweeked to suit your preferences. Never be afraid to ask for something you cannot see on a menu.

Good to know:

If this is for a drinks party where there is no other food then I recommend you choose 8 -10 items a head from above unless there is something else you had in mind.

If this is to have with drinks before a meal then I feel 4 items a head would be adequate.

The canapés will be delivered to you at a time to suit you on silver platters. If you would like a member of staff to circulate with the trays of canapés then I can provide waiting staff at an additional cost.

If you only require delivery of the canapés with no other food or service a minimum order or £50.00 is required or a £10.00 delivery charge will be applied.

The price of these menus include the use of table cloth for buffet table, cutlery wrapped in napkins, china, plates, serving utensils & chafing dishes. We bring the bbq and someone to cook and then serve the meat from the buffet table and collect the plates when people have finished then leave. 

If you would like to hire them for longer or hire additional serving staff to serve your drinks before & during the buffet, generally look after your guests then this can be arranged at an additional cost. 

If you would like a buffet as part of your wedding day we can supply all the additional services included in our sit down menu such as: laying tables with white linen cloths, all the necessary cutlery, crockery & glasses. We will serve drinks supplied by you as your guests arrive, open your wine & put on tables along with jugs of water, while you are eating dessert we serve your champagne for the speeches, we will then have tea & coffee available. We will cut your wedding cake. We will tidy up at end of evening and recycle your bottles.

Good to know:

Please select one dish from each course (plus vegetarian option if required)

We can provide canapés with your pre dinner drinks or cheese course for an extra charge.

We lay the tables with white linen cloths, all the necessary cutlery and crockery is supplied & 4 glasses per person (glass for arrival drink, wine and water glasses on the tables & champagne glass for the toasts). We will serve drinks supplied by you as your guests arrive, open your wine & put on tables along with your bottled water or jugs of water. We serve & clear starter, main, dessert & while you are eating dessert we serve your champagne for the speeches, we will then have tea & coffee available. We can cut your wedding cake & either serve this with the evening food or when you require it.

If you don’t want a served 3 course meal for your event/wedding but still require all of the additional services in the above paragraph then we can offer a hog roast, paella, barbeque, hot fork buffet or cold fork buffet as the main course buffet style (with queue management) followed by dessert (1 choice served to table or 3 choices from a buffet) and tea & coffee. This will cost £32.00 a head.
