Who runs Wright Choice?
Brian & Anna Wright run Wright Choice Catering as a family concern with the help of Jonny Moss. We also have a number of event and waiting staff on our books that we know and trust.
Our philosophy is happy staff means happy customers - and it shows.
What is our training & expertise?
Brian is a fully trained chef with over 20 years experience in kitchens in London & Hampshire. We have five star hygiene certificates & are registered with the local Environmental Health Office.
We also have public liability insurance.
How do we communicate?
We believe communication is key so we will be in touch at every stage to ensure you are happy and that we are getting everything right.
We often accomodate last minute changes with minimum fuss & are used to dealing with special dietary requirements.
Where do we source our ingredients?
Wherever possible we utiliise local suppliers, which means we always have the freshest ingredients.
We have worked with a large variety of venues across the county and can make recommendations if you require.
